She's explained thoroughly and in detail every process, the apartment and the amenities Lakeside has to offer, which was amazing because we won't be able to do a tour since we're moving such a distance. My boyfriend and I have been living here since October of 2023 and absolutely love it. Teresa is super sweet and will make sure you have everything you need. We have no problems with bugs, mold, or maintenance. If something breaks, we will put in a maintenance order and they will literally come the next morning to fix it. They are always on top of keeping the complex clean and grass mowed. I’ve read some reviews about mold and bugs but we always keep our apartment CLEAN so we have no issues. They also have people who come spray for bugs every month or so which helps. They are very strict with parking if you do not have a sticker and live there. I think this place is so great that we will be renewing our lease!!
